Shipping and Warranty
Lamp Body & Power: Warranty for [Enter months, e.g., 03 months] covering manufacturer defects (1-to-1 exchange).
Bulb: Since this is a consumable item, we guarantee it upon arrival. If you receive the package and the bulb is broken or doesn't light up, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will ship a replacement bulb immediately.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
You can have your order shipped to PO boxes and military APO/ FPO.
Shipment to APOs can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered. Please note that once your parcel has entered the army area, we will not be able to update the status of shipping for security reasons.

Refund, Return, Cancel
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging.

Any refund is required to be issued to that same credit card you used to make an order. Shipping fee will NOT be refundable once items have been shipped. Your refund request will be processed in 3 – 4 working days, you should see the reimbursement on your account over the next couple of business days depending on your financial institution.
